2. The production of the mask is dependent on

the seasonality of the raw materials.

A long production process and a vast amount of human resources are used to create the masks.

There are limited quantities of each batch produced. Each pouch of mask will have a certificate

to verify the authenticity of the product.

3. Specific storage conditions are needed.

We recommend storing an opened or unopened mask in a refrigerator under 4˚C.

4. The mask is fragrance free, but some people may not like the smell which is similar to blueberry wine.

5. The product cannot be purchased in retail stores. All orders should be processed by the 10H PLUS™ central ordering system via the official website (www.10hplus.com) or the official WeChat site,

and orders will be shipped directly from our factory located in British Columbia, Canada.
